How can one establish the production date from the batch number?

The figures before the slash indicate the production date. The first two figures indicate the day, the next two figures show the month and the last two stand for the year. The figures following the slash are for retracing. Example: CHR-TTMMJJ/L-AN

How is the child safety lock on the spray pistol released?

The red lettering above the word Press on the red spray head must be pressed and the head turned right or left. Spraying may take place if the word ON is visible above.

Is the product dangerous for pets?

No, we do however recommend the animals be kept away until the treated surfaces have completely dried.

Does the product work against lichens?

No, lichens are very persistent.

How is the product applied?

By spraying, pouring, or painting, with a watering can, paint brush, roll or garden hose.

What is the difference between algae and green growth remover and green growth remover?

Algae and green growth remover = very rich concentrate
Green growth remover = ready-to-use solution!

Can the product also be used on metal surfaces and car paint?

Yes, always first test on an inconspicuous place in case of painted surfaces.

Can the product be used on acrylic glass?

No, the surface gets milky due to the hydrocarbons it contains.

Does the product also remove resin and tar deposits?

Yes, the product is ideal for removing this kind of contamination.

Mould

What is the difference between mould remover and mould destroyer?

The mould remover is a chlorine-free product based on active oxygen and especially suitable for living areas. The mould destroyer is a chlorine-based product and is mainly used in sanitary areas.

Which product is used to remove mould and mould stains on textiles?

Mould remover does not affect textile materials.

Should the mould destroyer be rinsed with plenty of water after use on absorbent ground?

No, it is sufficient to wipe up product residue and dead mould spores using a damp cloth.

What is the difference between anti-mould additives and mould protection?

Anti-mould additives are suitable for preventing new occurrence of mould on large surfaces. The mould protection is for selective use, for example, in especially exposed places such as window reveals.

How are persistent brown stains removed using mineral salts in toilet bowls?

By using manganese dioxide remover. This is used in combination with urine and limestone remover if any residue still remains.

Flagging, marble, natural

Can the stone sealing be used on polished granite or stoneware?

No, the sealing cannot take hold due to the low level of absorbency. Waterproofing is recommended for these stones.

 
 
 
 

How is the equipment cleaned after use?

When can the treated surface be walked upon again?

Should a polished stone tile be waterproofed?

Yes, this treatment is absolutely necessary. Polishing creates microfine pores on the tile surface. This is why polished stoneware is highly sensitive to stains.

How can the stone sealing be removed once more, e.g., in case of non-conventional application?

The layer can be removed with a solvent-based paint remover.

What is the intensive difference between the intensive basic cleaner compared to the basic tile and stone cleaner?

The intensive basic cleaner is an alkaline cleaner that removes grease, oil, rust and old preservative layers particularly well. The basic tile and stone cleaner is an acid cleaner, which easily removes rust, stains and small amounts of cement residue.

What can I use to clean my tiles before they are sealed or waterproofed?

We recommend the intensive basic cleaner for cleaning sealings, waterproofings or the application of gloss films.

Pipe Free Active Gel: No heat is generated when it takes effect due to its composition.

With rust stain remover suitable for all stone surfaces. This product contains no acids, which could damage the stones.

Algae and green growth remover contains a synthetic agent and is suitable for large-scale use. Algae and green growth destroyer contains the active ingredient perlagonic acid, which is extracted from plants. The ready-to-use solution is most of all suitable for use on small structured surfaces such as flowerpots, sculptures, windowsills, etc.

What is the difference between teak conditioning oil and eucalyptus and hardwood conditioning oil?

Eucalyptus and hardwood conditioning oil contain less oil and so can be used on all hardwoods.
