Removes dirt, bird droppings, grime and film effectively. Material and color-protecting cleaner for the regular care and basic cleaning before impregnation.
For all natural and synthetic materials. Can be used on sun umbrellas, awnings, sun roofs, window and greenhouse awnings.
Brush off dirt first. Important! Surface must be wet before treatment. For heavily soiled objects: Apply MELLERUD Sunblind Cleaner undiluted using a spray bottle, a sponge or a soft brush and apply to surface. Leave on. Caution: awning must be kept humid. Rework with a brush, a scrubber or a high-pressure cleaner. Remove any dissolved dirt and rinse with plenty of water. Spray off with a hose. For lightly soiled objects: Add ½ cup to 10 quarts lukewarm water and proceed as described above.
On regularly soiled and large objects as well as difficult to reach areas apply the producton dampened surfaces only using a spray gun or a garden sprayer and leave on. Wash off using a high-pressure cleaner. The dirt is removed. You are done! Check material for color fastness. In order to avoid mould, never close wet awnings or umbrellas. We recommend treatment with MELLERUD Sunblind waterproofing to improve the dirt and humidity-repelling characteristics.
