For canopies, awnings, parasols, sun awnings and sun sails. For natural and synthetic fibres such as linen, cotton, polyacrylic, polyester and PVC fabrics.
Clean the fabrics thoroughly beforehand with Canopy and Awning Cleaner. Then rinse off residues of the cleaner thoroughly and completely with lots of water. There must be no foam left. Leave to dry out fully! Then, from a distance of about 30 cm, spray Canopy and Awning Waterproofer evenly and thickly on to the dry external side of the fabric. Avoid making it wet through, it is sufficient if the outer surface is evenly wetted. Simply leave to dry.
Heat makes the protective function take effect more quickly. Therefore ideally use in dry and warm weather. Sunlight does no harm. Do not breathe the spray in; only use outdoors or in well ventilated areas. Canopies have been developed to provide protection from the sun. Wind and rain may damage the canopy and winding mechanism! Make sure the canopy is rolled up when you are away.
