Effective addition to building material and paint, which are water-soluble, such as latex paint, joint compound, grout, plaster and wall paper glue. Immediate and long-term effect. Prevents mildew, mould, fungus and algae buildup. Prevents mildew especially on thermal bridges, problem corners and problem areas with insufficient air circulation. (Use biocides safely. Always read the label and product information before use.)
For walls, ceilings, walls, joints and as addition to grout, plaster and wall paper glue.
For surface restoration and prevention: Dilute 250 ml (8.4 fl oz) of MELLERUD Anti Mould Inhibitor
with 3 – 5 liters (3 – 5 quarts) of water and apply to the surface before adding wall and ceiling
covering.
For sealing and prevention:
For Wallpaper
Add 250 ml (8.4 fl oz) MELLERUD Anti Mould Inhibitor per glue package to a bucket and
mix. Mix glue as usual.
For Paints: water-soluble dispersions and paints: add about 25 ml (o.8 fl oz) of
MELLERUD Anti Mould Inhibitor to 1 liter (34 fl oz) water and mix well.
Sealing of tile joints and painted problem areas:
Dilute 250 ml (8.4 fl oz) with 3 – 5 liters (3 – 5 quarts) of water and apply to the surface. Leave
on and let dry.
For grout and plaster:
Add 500 ml (17 fl oz) MELLERUD Anti Mould Inhibitor to 10 l (10 quarts) of water; Mix
grout as usual.
For joints and joint cement:
Add 250 ml (8.4 fl oz) MELLERUD Anti Mould Inhibitor to the water for 5 kg (11 pounds) of dry
material.
Observe dosage – avoid over dosage.
In case of latex paints always check for product compatibility and use on a small test amount due
to different compositions. After adding MELLERUD Anti Mould Inhibitor the mixture must have its
usual consistency and can not be thicker.
